Bike Repair & Service Center

Give Your Bike the Love it Deserves!

It is a scientific fact that a well-maintained bicycle can generate a 225% increase in stoke per mile. That’s why our Service Pros undergo extensive formal technical training every year, ensuring they’ll be ready to get your bike back into great condition. We love serving in our community as well as folks from Issaquah to Snoqualmie. You can trust our top-notch Technicians with your bike and that we’ll get you rolling safely. Estimates are always free, and our work is guaranteed for 30 days. And since service is based on a labor rate of $120 per hour, you can trust us with any sized job and feel confident you’ll be treated fairly.

While our North Bend retail location has closed, our Service Center can now be found at 35501 SE Douglas St, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

Updates To Repair & Service Process:

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: To get the fastest service during the busy summer months (March to September), it's best to schedule an appointment in advance. If you haven't scheduled one, you can still drop by, and we can assist you in scheduling on the spot. You can make an appointment online here or the "schedule service" button below. For flat tire service, rest assured that those are always completed on the spot to minimize any inconvenience.

Q: When can I drop my bike off?

A: We operate a “virtual queue” and start servicing for the day in the order the service comes in. Ideally we'd prefer the bikes dropped off the day before your appointment, although we do accept bikes between 9:00AM - 9:30AM the day of your appointment. Service that arrives late we will need to reschedule to our next available appointment date.

Q: When can I expect my bike to be ready?

A: Typically within 24-48 hours if we do not need to order parts. If we don't have what we need to make the repair, it can take anywhere from a week up to a month.

Q: Will you remind me of my appointment time?

A: Yes. We will notify you through email or text message, or both if you choose when you schedule an appointment online.

Q: Do you work on eBikes?

A: For liability and insurance purposes, we only provide service for ebikes from the brands we offer or those with Shimano, Trek, TQ or Bosch eBike systems that are sold in bike shops. If you have an eBike from a different brand that is not sold in bike shops and does not have the aforementioned systems, kindly contact us beforehand to confirm if we can work on it before scheduling any service, including flat tire repairs, gear adjustments, or any other service.
